Privacy Policy

Effective date: 08/01/2025

BMX Insights (“we,” “our,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices when using our website.

1) Information We Collect

  • Personal information you provide: name, email, or details you send via our contact form or email.
  • Usage data: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, and interactions (via analytics and logs).
  • Public race data: rider names, results, events, and tracks compiled from publicly available BMX result sources. This is presented for informational purposes only and is not user-submitted private data.

2) Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 years of age. All rider data shown on BMX Insights is sourced from publicly available race results provided by official event organizers.

To protect minors and align with COPPA, BMX Insights does not display rider detail pages for children under 14 unless a parent or guardian has created a public rider profile on the official USA BMX website. If a public USA BMX profile exists, we may display the rider’s page here.

Parents and guardians may request removal of a rider’s page at any time by contacting support@bmxinsights.com. When a rider turns 14, BMX Insights may begin displaying their results by default, but we will continue to honor prior removal requests made by parents or guardians.
